Reason: To comply with the requirements of Class R, para R.3 (2) of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended).

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans and documents: 1027-OS.01, 1027-EXT.001 and 1027-EXT.0002 and details contained in Planning Statement by Carter Jonas dated June 2024, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended).
