Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 155-PL-250 00, 155-PL-202-01, 155-PL-010-00, 155-PL-500 01, 155-PL-120 01, 155-PL-200 03, 155-PL-121 01, 155-PL-201 03, DB-2402019-B, DB-2402019-G A, DB-2402019-F, DB-2402019-S, DBA-2402019-E, DB-2402019, 155-PL-011-00 and 155-PL-300-00, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a) Paint removal method to basement walls b) Treatment to the basement walls c) Extract vent to basement d) In-line tile vents Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
