The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, EE 001 and LOC 001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved a method statement for opening up and assessing the works with an anticipated method for undertaking repair works shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the historic and architectural interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

P25/S1604/DISWithin 2 months of the completion of the relevant works hereby approved a report outlining what repair works were undertaken shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To record the alterations to the listed building in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
