Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That at the expiration of a period of two years from the date of this permission, the use of the land as a car park shall cease unless a fresh application shall have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: Because a temporary planning permission is only granted in the specific circumstances pending the redevelopment of the site in accordance with Policy STRAT3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, A-E10-005, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The site shall be retained unobstructed except for the parking of vehicles associated with the car parking land use, at all times.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety and in accordance with Policy TRANS5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
