Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 06C and 05B, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
That, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the local planning authority the materials for the works listed in Condition 3 a-g of listed building consent P23/S1511/LB shall be as approved in letter dated 6 November 2023 and application reference P23/S3381/DIS.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035 and Policy NP6 of the Benson Neighbourhood Plan.
That, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the local planning authority the materials for the works listed in Condition 4 a-g of listed building consent P23/S1511/LB shall be as approved in letter dated 6 November 2023 under application reference P23/S3381/DIS, letter dated 22 December 2023 under application reference P23/S4203/DIS and letter dated 25 January 2024 under application reference P24/S0013/DIS.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035 and Policy NP6 of the Benson Neighbourhood Plan .
That, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the local planning authority the joinery details shall be as approved in letter dated 6 November 2023 and application reference P23/S3381/DIS.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035 and Policy NP6 of the Benson Neighbourhood Plan
That unless otherwise agreed in writing the proposed works to the fireplace shall be carried out in accordance with details approved in letter date 22 December 2023 under application reference P23/S4203/DIS.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035 and Policy NP6 of the Benson Neighbourhood Plan
