Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC-001 and 05.29.01 REV 25.09.24, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Notwithstanding the plans submitted with the application, the replacement windows hereby permitted shall be provided in accordance with a detailed specification including scale 1:20 scale drawings as necessary of their type, design, materials and finishes that has been first submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to their installation. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment and in the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
