Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the workst hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 20-01 P3, 20-07 P3, 20-08 P3, 30-08 P3, 20-09 P3, 30-09 P3, 20-04 P3, 30-04 P3, 30-04-2 P3, 20-05 P3, 30-05 P3 and 30-07 P3, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Structural details for any alterations within the C17 section of the building such as floor construction, wall extensions or removal of the oak post shall be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to those areas of work commencing. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

Details of internal joinery and fireplaces shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to this work being commenced. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

Details of any new service routes outside the existing runs shall be submitted and approved by the Local Planning Authority prior to this work being commenced. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
