Description
Alterations to tea rooms within the historic stable building to provide multi-purpose spaces with associated kitchen and sanitary accommodation. Removal of modern finishes, return of carriage house to original proportions, with new glazed doors. Conversion of former stable stalls to provide toilets.(as amended by drawings received 3 July 2024)
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 2243_EX_107_A, 2243_EX_300_B, 2243_EX_301_C, 2243_PR_302_B, 2243_EX_102_A, 2243_EX_001_A, 2243_EX_108_A, 2243_EX_020_A, 2243_PR_020_A, 2243_PR_107_C, 2243_PR_303_C, 2243_PR_105_B, 2243_PR_109_B, 2243_PR_110_B, 2243_PR_111_B and 2243_PR_108_C, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
