Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 2832-PL203 A, 2832-PL208 A, 2832-PL204 B, 2832-PL206 B, 2832 - PL202, 2832 - PL205, 2832 - PL201 and 2832 - PL200, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
All works of making good to the listed building shall be carried out in materials and finishes to match the existing building or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
Prior to the commencement of works, the following details shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
1) The submission of a detailed construction plan for the basement to ensure that adequate safeguards are in place to prevent harm or loss to the listed building.
2) The submission of a schedule including photographs of external materials for the proposed extension.
3) the submission of specifications for all doors, windows, rooflights and rainwater goods for the proposed extension.
Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
