Description
Non Material amendment on application P18/S2339/RM (Reserved Matters Application in respect of 173 dwellings including affordable housing, car parking, open space, landscaping and associated work) to amend Plot 138-139 position and associated rear car parking access moved slightly north due to buildability, as space is required between completed plot 137 and as yet unbuilt plots 138 and 139 (in order to enable their construction). Plot 139 rear boundary wall amended to provide landscaping to rear parking. This ensures the proposed tree is now located within public space (as opposed to private curtilage -as previously proposed), which mitigates against landscaping amendments required due the repositioning of the rear car parking access serving plots 139-141. Landscape strips adjacent to the rear garden serving plot 141 have been re-provided in order minimise the loss of landscaping - addressing comments from the recently refused NMA (P23/S4156/NM). And Landscape strip adjusted adjacent to plot 141 parking space to provide hardstanding access route for bin collection to plot 140. And Plot 155-159 positions adjusted. Plots shifted east 700mm to ensure driveway width of plots 154-157 are a minimum of 5.5m due to thicker wall construction of timber frame technical details.
