Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, P-EX-30, P-PP-30, P-PP-12 A, P-EX-40, P-PP-40 A, P-EX-41, P-PP-41 A, P-PP-32 A, P-PP-11 A, P-EX-10, P-PP-10 A, LOC001, SK10 Rev 1, P-EX-12, P-EX-01, P-EX-31 and P-PP-31 A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

No development above slab level shall take place until a photographic schedule of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the development hereby permitted has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

Details of the insulation to be added to the internal walls and the roof shall be first submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to those works being carried out. Thereafter only the approved details shall be implemented prior to first occupation. Reason: In the interests of the special historic fabric of the development in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
