Installation of replacement signs to include, one post mounted pictorial sign complete with 2x amenity boards, 2x logos to glazed panels, 1x set of house name text to glazed panel, 1x wall mounted amenity board, 2x single sided welcome sign, 1x set of sign written letters and logo to lower waterside wall and 1x set of replacement house name letters to existing decorative arch. Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That at the end of a period of five years beginning with the date of this consent, the consent shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 2007..
That the advertisement consent shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 172606 Rev D 9 of 12, 172606 Rev D 7 of 12, 172606 Rev D 8 of 12, 172606 Rev D 10 of 12, 172606 Rev D 12 of 12, 172606 Rev D 1 of 12, 172606 Rev D 2 of 12, 172606 Rev D 3 of 12, 172606 Rev D 4 of 12, 172606 Rev D 5 of 12, 172606 Rev D 6 of 12, 172606 Rev D 11 of 12, 172606-8 B, LOC-001 and 172606 B, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The exterior of the development hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans/supporting documents hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policies ENV6, ENV8, DES1 and DES2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
