Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That at the expiration of a period of 5 years from the date of this permission the use of the building as specified in the application shall cease. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development in accordance with Policies DES1, DES2 and ENV1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
