Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the use hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, COM-001, COM-002 and A.100, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That at the expiration of a period of eight weeks from the date of this permission the use of the land as specified in the application, and for the parking, operation and storage associated with the film-making, shall cease and the associated vehicle parking boards, containers, temporary structures etc shall be removed from site and the agricultural land shall be restored to its former condition and any damage to the bridleway shall be made good. Reason: In order that there is no permanent effect of the character of the landscape in accordance with Policies ENV1 and TRANS5 South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

The site shall be operated, and traffic and users of the bridleway shall be managed, in accordance with the details set out in the agent's email dated 4 July 2024 submitted in support of the application for the duration of the operations on the site. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and to mitigate the impact of vehicles associated with construction and operation of the use on on the bridleway and users of the bridleway and highway, in accordance with Policy TRANS5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
