the unauthorised use (these breaches are all sited, and shown for indicative purposes only, in the area coloured green on the attached plan); and the erection of an outbuilding (pool house) and swimming pool with associated hardstanding forward of the principal elevation of the dwelling known as Glebe Retreat (not Permitted Development) (shown for indicative purposes only within the area coloured blue on the attached plan) (SE21/344).
