Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 3358.222 A, 3358.112, 3358.107, 3358.207 H, 3358.206 F, 3358.111, 3358.106 A, 3358.200 A, 3358.201 A and 3358.101 B, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

A detailed schedule of any required repairs and alteration over and above those already approved under application ref. P22/S2052/DIS for the commercial conversion of the building, including drawings as necessary, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the additional required works on the barn are begun. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the curtilage listed building in accordance with Policy NP6 of the Benson Neighbourhood Plan Review and Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
