The proposed development would be inappropriate backland development. The proposed development would therefore be contrary to Policies CH H1, CH H6 and CH H7 of the Chinnor Neighbourhood Plan Review II 2023 and Policy H16 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
