Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That at the expiration of a period of 5 years from the date of this permission the use of the land as specified in the application and decision notice shall cease.
Reason: In order that the effect on the wild bird species on this designated Local Wildlife Site can be assessed during this period and that any future application can be decided on this assessment in accordance with policy ENV1, ENV2, ENV3, and ENV4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan
Between the months of April and October (inclusive) the use of land specified in the planning permission hereby approved (testing jet propelled boats) shall be restricted to 09:00 hours - 17:00 hours, Monday to Friday. During this calendar period the use shall not be undertaken at other time or day whatsoever without planning permission from the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In order to protect wild bird species that habitat the designated Local Wild Life Site from disturbance, injury or death; or damage or destroy their habitat. Also, to protect the amenity of occupants of Queensford Farm from noise or nuisance, in accordance with policies ENV1, ENV2, ENV3, and ENV4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
Between the months of November and March (inclusive) the use of land specified in the planning permission hereby approved (testing jet propelled boats) shall be restricted to a maximum of 10 hours per week. The use of land and testing activities shall be restricted to 09:00 hours - 15:00 hours, Monday to Friday. During this calendar period the use shall not be undertaken at other time or day whatsoever without planning permission from the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In order to protect wild bird species that habitat the designated Local Wild Life Site during the wintering months from disturbance, injury or death; or damage or destroy their habitat in accordance policies ENV1, ENV2, ENV3, and ENV4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan
