Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 22 FCSH EX01, 24 FCSH PE01 A, 22 FCSH SL01, 24 FCSH SP01 A, 22 FCSH EX02 and 24 FCSH PE02 A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
All extensions, works and alterations hereby permitted shall be complete in strict accordance with materials, details and finishes specified on the plans and supporting documents hereby approved or in materials and details which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment and in the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policies ENV6, ENV7 and ENV8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
