Non material amendment to application P23/S3473/HH (Alterations and extension of the main house. Extension of an outbuilding to create a 2-bedroom self-contained annex) - to amend the habitable outbuilding internal layout plan. The living room and bedroom 1 are to be in the outbuilding extension, with the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom 2 to be located within the existing building.
Amendment to external elevations of the habitable outbuilding to suit the layout plan as listed below:
Outbuilding north elevation: To have two double casement windows, rather than one single and one double casement.
Outbuilding west elevation: Swap double doors with double casement window, allowing existing window to be replaced.
Outbuilding south elevation: One existing stable door and one existing window to be infilled.
