Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, KCGA PL 01E, KCGA MD 01 and KCGA PL 02, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
All new roof tiles shall match those used on the existing roof as closely as possible unless alternatives are otherwise agreed in writing, and any new or altered RWGs shall match the materials, finish and colour of the existing unless alternatives are otherwise agreed in writing.
Reason: To preserve the historic and architectural interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
All works of making good are to be carried out in materials and finishes consistent with the existing building unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority in advance.
