Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, CDA269-07A, CDA269-LPA, CDA269-03A, CDA269-09A, CDA266-SP, CDA269-04, CDA269-10, CDA269-06A, CDA269-12A, CDA269-05, CDA269-11A, CDA269-02A, CDA269-08A and CDA269-01A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
No works to rebuild the wall and narrow the door granted by this permission must be undertaken until details of materials to be used to form the round arch heads of new openings and for areas of making good around the proposed door are submitted and agreed in writing by the local planning authority. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
No works to insert the new windows and the door granted by this permission must be undertaken until the joinery details are submitted and agreed in writing by the local planning authority. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
All works to rebuild the wall and narrow the doorway must be completed within 6 months of conditions 3 and 4 being agreed in writing
