Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 154-SP-01-r24, 154-PP-04-r24, 154-BP-01-r24, 154-PP-08-r24, 154-PP-06-r26, 49236-03-ES-r0, 154-PP-07-r25, 154-PP-02-r24, 49236-02-P-Rev 1, 154-PP-01-r26, 154-PP-03-r24 and 49236-01-P-Rev 1, and Timber Windows Technical Information document except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The exterior of the works hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans/supporting documents hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035

Prior to the commencement of the relevant works joinery details comprising of section plans of all of the proposed replacement and additional windows, and proposed double doors shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035

Prior to the commencement of the relevant works, specifically to enlarge the opening between the kitchen and the dining room, a structural assessment report and a methodology of proposed structural works required shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035
