That, having regard to the size, depth, and position of the proposed extension in relation to the neighbouring property to the north, the proposal represents an unneighbourly form of development that would harm the amenities of occupiers of the neighbouring property by way of being overbearing and resulting in a loss of light to habitable rooms. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy DES6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035, and the advice in the Joint Design Guide.
