Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 2023 CAS 008 020 A, 2023 CAS 008 023 A, 2023 CAS 008 021 A, 2023 CAS 008 024 A, 2023 CAS 008 022 A, 2023 CAS 008 025 A, 2023 CAS 008 014 A, 2023 CAS 008 015 A, 2023 CAS 008 012 A, 2023 CAS 008 013 A and 2023 CAS 008 010 A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
That except as may be otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority the floodlighting hereby approved shall have an automatic switch off time so that it can only be used between the hours of 8.00 am and 9.30 pm Monday to Friday and the hours of 8.00 am and 8.00 pm Saturday and Sunday.
Reason: To protect the appearance of the area, the environment and wildlife, and local residents from light pollution in accordance with Policy ENV12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
The beam angle of the lighting shall not be directed towards any potential light sensitive properties and the light sources (bulbs and reflectors) shall not be visible from any adjacent properties. The luminaire's front glazing shall be kept as near to parallel to the ground surface as possible (facing downwards). The approved lighting shall not allow light trespass into the windows of any light sensitive premises.
Reason: In the interests of the amenity of neighbouring residential occupiers in accordance with Policy ENV12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035 and the Institution of Lighting Engineers Guidance Notes for the Reduction of Obtrusive Light GN01.
