Non-material amendment to P15/S3618/HH Reference condition 4. "The front window to bedroom 5 in the southeast elevation of the extension hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass, and shall be fixed shut with the exception of a top hung openable fanlight, prior to the first occupation of the accommodation and it shall be retained as such thereafter." Proposal to exclude this window to the South East elevation and block this in and clad over using the existing materials and instead install 2 x Velux roof lights to the sloping South East roof.
(First floor single storey side extension, two new pitched dormer windows to existing roof, conversion of integrated garage into living accommodation, new single storey stand alone garage (In addition and shown on the drawings is a single storey rear extension being completed under permitted development rights).
