As such, the proposed development fails to adhere to Policy ENV1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan (SOLP) and the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF).

Insufficient information has been submitted to demonstrate that the proposed development would not adversely impact upon the amenity of neighbours by reason of noise nuisance. As such, the proposed development fails to adhere to Policies DES6 and ENV12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan (SOLP) and the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF).

Insufficient information has been submitted in order to assess the highway impacts of the proposed development. As such, the proposed development fails to adhere to Policies TRANS2, TRANS4, and TRANS5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan (SOLP) and the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF).
