Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 373-L-P-104 P03, 373-L-P-102 P03, 373-L-P-101 P03, 373-L-P-301 P03, 373-L-LBC-503, 373-L-P-001, 373-L-S-201, 373-L-LBC-504, 373-L-LBC-501, 107036-SK001, 373-L-P-002, 373-L-P-103, BHA_4972_04 and BHA_4972_03, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

All new stonework shall match the existing unless samples are otherwise submitted prior to the commencement of the development to the Local Planning Authority and approved in writing. Only the approved materials shall be used. Reason: In the interests of the special historic fabric of the listed building of the development in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035

Prior to the commencement of any relevant works to the stone wall on site, a lime mortar specification for all areas of repair and rebuilding of stone walls shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Then only the approved material specification shall be used unless otherwise agreed in writing. Reason: In the interests of the special historic fabric of the listed building of the development in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035
