Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC-001, A02 Issue 2, A11 Issue 2, A13 Issue 2, A14 Issue 2, A15 Issue 2, A16 Issue 2, A12 Issue 2, A05 Issue 2, A06 Issue 2, A03 Issue 2, LOC-001, A04 Issue 2, A10 Issue 2, A07 Issue 2, A08 Issue 2, A09 Issue 2 and A01 Issue 2, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Material specification for all new bricks, mortar, plasters and flooring to be used. b. Specifications and section drawings through the ceilings to be insulated and new limecrete floor c. Joinery details for new glazing d. Specifications for rainwater goods and chimney cowls Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
