Having regard to the siting of the Bathroom and 'Bedroom two' windows relative to the adjacent property to the north, the proposal would overlook the private amenity areas of that property, resulting in their loss of privacy. The development would therefore be intrusive and unneighbourly, thereby detracting from the standard of residential amenities enjoyed by the occupiers of No. 8 Aylesbury Road and contrary to Policy DES6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035, Policy ESDQ16 of the Thame Neighbourhood Plan and Paragraph 130 of the NPPF.
