The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 0495_A_P_0100_00, 0495_A_P_0101_04, 0495_A_P_0000_04, 0495_A_P_1100_05, 0495_A_P_1103_05, 0495_A_P_1102_05, 0495_A_P_0010_04, Garden design V3 and 0495_A_P_1010_04, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Prior to the commencement of the relevant works, no works above slab level shall take place until the final design, informed by building regulation requirements, for the proposed construction between new development and party wall, the method of insulation and build up of floating floor over cobbled carriageway, and photographic schedule of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the works hereby permitted has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

P24/S1883/DISDetails, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun:
a. Proposed construction between new development and party wall
b. Method of insulation and build up of floating floor over cobbled carriageway
c. Photographic schedule of materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the works.
Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
