Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 2327 PR 001, 1, 2327 PR 010, 2327 PR 300, 2327 PR 303, 2327 PR 301 and 2327 PR 302, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

This permission shall expire after a period of five years from the date of first use of the marquee hereby permitted, and the marquee and all associated materials shall be removed from the land by the expiry date of this permission. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development in accordance with Policies DES1, DES2, DES6, ENV1, ENV6, ENV7, ENV8 and ENV12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

Prior to first use of the marquee, a Noise Management Plan (NMP) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The NMP shall identify measures to reduce the impact of noise from the use of the premises on the community. Thereafter the development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policies DES6 and ENV12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035. Related application(s): P25/S1340/DIS

Any performance of live and recorded entertainment involving amplified music and/or speech shall only be permitted in the internal marquee area and shall only take place between 12.00 - 23.00 unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policies DES6 and ENV12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

The number of weddings/events shall be limited to 30 events per calendar year. A diary of weddings/events shall be kept up to date and shall be made available for inspection by the local planning authority. The diary shall include: - the dates of all future events which have been booked and - the dates of all past events which have taken place within the last 24 months. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policies DES6 and ENV12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

No external lighting shall be installed on the site other than in accordance with details, which have first been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Details shall include location of the external lights and product specification. Reason: To protect the appearance of the area, the environment and wildlife, and local residents from light pollution in accordance with Policies ENV1, ENV2, ENV3 and ENV12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

The development hereby permitted shall be implemented in accordance with the recommendations set out in the Flood Risk Appraisal (document reference TN01) prepared by Motion submitted with the application in all respects. All mitigation measures shall be carried out prior to first use of the marquee and shall be maintained thereafter. Any variation shall be agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority before such change is made. Reason: To appropriately manage flood risk, in accordance with Policy EP4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

A turning area and car parking spaces for thirty five cars shall be made available within the curtilage of the site during the use of the marquee for events so that motor vehicles may enter, turn around and leave in a forward direction and vehicles may park off the highway. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and to ensure the provision of off-street car parking in accordance with Policy TRANS5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
