Description
Extension and reconfiguration of the main house to provide a new family room area, boot room, store, and snug at Ground floor level. Reconfiguration of existing annex by adding 2 bedrooms, living room and W/C's from its existing use as a garage at ground floor level. At first floor level, reconfiguration of the existing bedroom space by adding a new partition wall. On the first floor of the main house, an extra bedroom and bathroom is added and replaces an existing dressing room space. At the rear, a balcony space has been added to the existing bedroom 2 and en-suite to bedroom 4.
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 230005-A-EX-202 A, 230005-A-EX-200 A, 230005-A-EX-201 A, 230005-A-PR-200 A, 230005-A-PR-201 A, 230005-A-PR-202 A, 230005-A-EX-100 B, 230005-A-EX-90 B, 230005-A-EX-101 B, 230005- A -PR-100 B, 230005- A -PR-90 B, 230005- A -PR-101 B, 230005-A-EX-50 B, 230005-A-EX-80 B, 230005-A-PR-50 B and 230005-A-PR-80 B, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The exterior of the development hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans/supporting documents hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policies DES1 and DES2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
