Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
No dwelling shall be occupied until the adjacent spine roads (approved through P17/S3859/RM and P19/S117/RM) have been constructed to enable access by all modes (vehicular, pedestrian and cycle) to/from the site and to adjacent amenities, including public transport.
Reason: To ensure an appropriate means of access to/from the site and in the interests of highway safety, in accordance with Policy TRANS5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
Prior to the occupation of each unit, the cycle storage for that unit, indicated on drawing number CB_12_132_P6_007 Rev A shall be provided in accordance with Oxfordshire County Council's standards (secured and undercover). Prior to the occupation of the first unit on this phase, a scheme for the provision of litter and dog waste bins adjacent to the footpath/cycle path around the edge of the parcel, together with details of their management and maintenance including emptying shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The bins should then be provided contiguous with the laying out of the landscaping within the parcel and thereafter retained in situ and maintained in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the amenity of the area in accordance with Policies DES1 and CF5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
