Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 19295 002, 19295 102, 19295 007, 19295 105, 19295 003, 19295 103, 19295 001, 19295 101, 19295 006, 19295 004 and 19295 104, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Prior to commencement of each relevant stage of works: A schedule of works covering each step to reinstate the building shall be submitted. This should include all relevant stages including removal of existing non-salvageable items, cleaning of retained timber framing, material makeup of the partition walls etc, to be submitted for approval by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035. On completion of works: An annotated plan showing which elements of the historic timber framing were retained and those which were replaced shall be submitted for approval to the Local Planning Authority. Reason: As the building is of archaeological/historic importance in accordance with Policy ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
