Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, EB01a, PB01, P001C, EL01 and PL01, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

All windows and external doors shall be provided in accordance with a detailed specification of their type, design and external finish that has been first submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: in accordance with Policies ENV7 and ENV8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

No works shall take place above damp proof course until there shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority a material specification to be used for the roof coverings. Reason; In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policies ENV7 and ENV8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
