That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 5160-03, 5160-04, 5160-23 B, 5160-02, 5160-01, 5160-22 B, 5160_Map, 5160-05 and 5160_06, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a) a section of the proposed window including details of colour and materials. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
