Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC 001, SIP 001, EF 001 and EF 002, and the Window Details document except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Following the plasterboard removal and prior to demolition of the stud wall, a recording, in line with a Level 3 Record as per the principles set out in the Historic England document Understanding Historic Buildings; A Guide to Good Recording Practice (2016) shall be undertaken and submitted to the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: As the building is of historic importance in accordance with Policy ENV6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
