Non material amendment to P21/S4010/FUL to amend the communal area screening of The Beeches to the Reading Road with the addition of an aesthetically aligned wooden fence of 1.8M that would be installed behind the metal railing and the laurel hedging. The fencing would provide additional security, privacy and acoustic screening to the residents of The Beeches.
