Furthermore, the proposal fails to accord with paragraphs c and e(ii) of Class E, Part 1 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) and as such would require planning permission from the Local Planning Authority.
