The proposed development at 34 Silver Street, Tetsworth, OX9 7AR, as shown on the submitted plans accompanying the application, is not permitted development as a planning condition which was placed on the original permission granted for the dwelling (reference P97/N0502/RM) restricts the conversion of the garage without planning permission. Furthermore, the proposal fails to accord with paragraphs c and e(ii) of Class E, Part 1 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) and as such would require planning permission from the Local Planning Authority.
