The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BLO 001, 1 of 1, 221 Rev A, 2 of 3, 1 of 3, 211 Rev A, LOC 001 and 1 of 1-1, and the Design and Access Statement dated April 2023 except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The two replacement C20 windows (ES05) shall be provided in accordance with a detailed specification of their type, design and external finish that has been first submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035

P23/S4076/DISPrior to the commencement of the relevant works, specifically the repairs to the historic timber framing (EN05) and dining room timber spine beam (GF01) repair specifications of the works shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
