Non-material amendment to application reference number P20/S1993/FUL (Demolition of two existing dwellings. Erection of four residential dwellings) - to add a phasing condition:
"That the development shall, unless otherwise agreed in writing beforehand with the Local Planning Authority (LPA), be carried out in phases as follows:
1. Construction of development in respect of North Cottage;
2. Construction of development in respect of South Cottage; and
3. Demolition of the existing dwellinghouses and construction of development in respect of the Semi-Detached Cottages.
The developer(s) shall, before commencing each phase, notify the LPA of the date of the commencement of each phase by exchange of letter/email.
Reason: To allow for flexibility delivering the scheme and opportunity for potential self-build dwellings."
