That the advertisement consent shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BLO-001, LOC-001 and A01, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That the banner advertisements hereby approved shall only be used in conjunction with the promotion of local events. They shall be displayed for a maximum of six periods within a calendar year and each period shall not exceed 14 days. At all other times, the banners shall be removed from the building. Reason: In the interests of preserving the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building and the character and appearance of the Henley Main Conservation Area, in accordance with Policies DES1, DES2, ENV6, ENV7 and ENV8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
