Installation of Air Source heat pumps (Samsung Mono 16 Heat Pump 12.28kW @ 2/50 C - 4,382.32 2 8,764.64 Gen6), alterations to external elevations of garage and side extension, pitch on rear extension (Revised Noise report submitted for Environmental Officer in July 2022)
(proposed fencing for ASHP units has been omitted and replaced with an acoustic enclosure, as shown in amended plans and additional information received October 05 2022)
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 0239-17A, 0239-01B, 0267 P 15 Rev B, 0267-P-16 Rev C, 0239 14 Rev F, 0239 SK 18 Rev G and 0267 P 10 Rev G, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
That the approved acoustic enclosure to be positioned around the Air Source Heat Pumps on the West Elevation of the property shall be erected within 1 month of the date of the planning permission hereby granted, and shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans Floor Plan Ground Proposed drwgno 0267 P 10 Rev G and Elevation West Proposed drwgno 0239 SK 18 Rev G. The acoustic enclosure shall thereafter be properly maintained and retained in position.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy ENV12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035
