Non-material amendment to planning application P22/S0978/HH-changes to access 1. Move new drive entrance 3.4m towards boundary with Walnut Cottage 22 Little Haseley. Note, as applicant, I am the owner of neighbouring property Walnut Cottage, 22 Little Haseley and support the application to move the entrance 2. Turning area on property updated following correspondence with independent Highways Consultant so both cars can still turn and egress in forward gear onto the carriageway. 3. Reduce visibility splays to 25m in each direction due to carriageway speed limit being reduced by OCC from 30mph to 20mph on 07/10/2022 - distance advised by our independent Highway Consultant. (New vehicular access)
