The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 7 Rev A, 6 Rev A, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6.1, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The exterior of the development hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans, in the Design and Access Statement Rev A and supporting information submitted in support of the application hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development and to retain the special architectural or historic interest of the building in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
Prior to the commencement of the relevant works, a detailed specification for the construction of the lightwell serving the basement shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development and to retain the special architectural or historic interest of the building in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
