Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 22-04-23A, 22-04-20, 22-04-21 and 22-04-22, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
All works of making good to the building interior and exterior to be carried out in materials and finishes to match the existing building or consistent with the original construction of the building unless alternatives are otherwise agreed in writing.
Reason: In the interests of conserving the architectural significant and historic fabric of the designated heritage asset in accordance with Policies ENV6, ENV7 and ENV8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
