The proposal to retain the clear glazing to the secondary living room window of apartment 30, in close proximity to the boundary with 39 North Street, would result in overlooking of the main garden area of that property, thereby detracting from the adjoining occupiers' enjoyment of that part of their garden and their residential amenity. As such, the proposal would be contrary to Policy DES6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035 and advice contained within Section 7 of the South Oxfordshire Design Guide 2016 and guidance contained at Paragraph 130 f) of the NPPF.
