Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 21049_PS1010, 21049_PS2010, 21049_PS4010, 21049_PS5010, 21049_PS7010, 21049_PP0012, 21049_PP0010-A, 2149-02, 2149-03, 2149-04, 2149-01, 21049_PP1030-A, 21049_PP2030-A, 21049_PP4010, 21049_PP4011, 21049_PP4030, 21049_PP5030, 21049_PP7030, 2149-05, 21049_L01, 21049_PP0011-A, 21049-PE0010-A, CV820572-SK01 P4 and 21049_PP8030, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

No work shall commence until details, including drawings of the window and door joinery details have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035. No development shall take place until a full schedule of the works to be undertaken to the barn and attached buildings has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The schedule of works shall include specifications for insulation and other upgrades and alterations and shall be carried out only in accordance with the approved schedule. All rooflights shall be conservation rooflights and fitted flush with the plane of the roof. Reason: To preserve the character and appearance of the building in accordance with policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

All associated works of making good to the building shall be carried out in materials and finishes consistent with the existing or original construction of the building unless otherwise agreed in writing. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
