Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details set out in the supporting design and access and Heritage statements and shown on the approved location plan, 1MPCP017 Rev 1, 1MPCP004 Rev 1, 1MPCP001 Rev 1, 1MPCP003 Rev 1, 1MPCP002 Rev 1, LOC001, 1MPCP018 Rev 1, 1MPCP006 Rev 1, 1MPCP008 Rev 1, 1MPCP009 Rev 1, 1MPCP010 Rev 1, 1MPCP011 Rev 1, 1MPCP005 Rev 1, 1MPCP007 Rev 1, 1MPCP012 Rev 1, 1MPCP015 Rev 1, 1MPCP014 Rev 1, 1MPCP013 Rev 1 and 1MPCP016 Rev 1, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the proposed new timber floor to the main front floor area, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before that part of the work has begun. The details are required to ensure there is no impact to the main doors and to ensure it is compatible with the existing floor and other changes in terms of ventilation and moisture movement. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
